The team at Aeslin Design Group, LLC is composed of a compact team that allows for open communication, a trusting atmosphere, and efficient organization. Each team member plays a key role and is an essential asset to the firm’s success. The team members include:

 Aaron Dick and family  


Aaron Dick founded Aeslin Design Group, LLC in May of 2014 after spending 12 years working directly with construction and development companies overseeing their design, permits, and estimating services. Aaron graduated Valedictorian from Westwood College of Technology in 2006 with an Associates in Architectural Computer Aided Design. Since then his career has been focused on working directly for builders and developers for their design production and construction project management. His focus has now translated into the growth of Aeslin Design Group, LLC with aspirations in becoming the premiere design firm in West Texas. Outside of ADG Aaron participates as the worship leader at his church and enjoys being an active member of the Lubbock music scene through his many musical abilities.

E. Williams


Eric Williams has over 35 years of progressive responsibilities in the fields of project finance, nuclear facilities management, technology, research, healthcare and higher education. A Specialized Consultant on the multi-billion dollar URENCO Nuclear Enrichment Facility project (the only nuclear enrichment facility to pass inspection on its initial qualification), Mr. Williams worked as special Code and Safety Consultant for Allied Associates, the engineering firm for the design of the new 640 acre area for URENCO Nuclear Fuel Enrichment Facility (located 5 miles East of Eunice, New Mexico). The first enrichment facility built in the USA in 30 years, the URENCO facility used magnetic centrifuge technology for enrichment of U235 to convert into Hexafluoride gas for 33% of all USA plants using hundreds of centrifuge cascades at 90,000RPM each. Mr. William’s primary role was review/oversight/compliance of NRC/Federal & State complex building codes and safety codes for site and multiple facilities on 640 acre campus with critical timelines and budgets.
A Registered Architect #8001 / NCARB Qualified / AIA # 30013479, Mr. Williams is currently the owner of G&W Architects / Enterprises; business acquisitions and development, architecture, consulting, building and safety code analysis and technical advisor. In the period 1999-2009; Mr. Williams was Executive Director of Reese Technology Center for 10 years where he re-developed a former Air Force Base into the 5th largest Research Park in the United States. RTC is identified as the most rapid and successful redevelopments of a closed military base in history according to the Department of Defense, and U.S. Air Force. From 1997-1999,
Mr. Williams was Director of Health Care Facilities for Carter+Burgess, Inc. in Ft. Worth and later at RTKL International in Dallas. Mr. Williams successfully worked in USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico doing international marketing / sales experience for Health Care and Research Laboratories. From 1977-1997- Mr. Williams was Associate Vice President of Facilities at Texas Tech University and Health Sciences Center for 19 years (3 at University and 16 at HSC), where he was responsible for Facilities Management, planning and construction of over 1.4 million square feet of medical facilities with a value of $340 million.
From 2001 to current, Mr. Williams was a Special Consultant for CDC (Center for Disease Control, in Atlanta) for BSL–Level 4- Bio Containment lab design and safety protocols. He is one of only 50 facilities consultants. Mr. Williams is also an Adjunct Professor for Health Organization Management –graduate program (Doctorate level) at Texas Tech Medical School.

 Ismael Saenz and family



Ismael Saenz is the lead project manager/draftsman at Aeslin Design Group. He has an A.A.S Degree in Architectural Computer Aided Drafting & Design with a Specialty in Residential Architecture from Austin Community College. He is originally from Martindale Texas, a small town just outside of Austin. He has been in Lubbock since 2012 and has grown to love the Hub City for it's small town charm and friendly neighbors he encounters through the day. Ismael has recently been engaged and has three amazing sons that are their everything. His family loves to camp and explore the outdoors any chance they get. Being a part of the foundation at Aeslin Design Group, Ismael’s passion is establishing relationships with every client that comes through the door by helping them bring to life their thoughts and ideas for their dream home.




Nancy Munos is currently a student who has her associate’s degree in pre-engineering from South Plains College. Nancy is now working towards a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in architecture from Texas Tech University. She’s excited to put her schoolwork into real life practice working hand-in-hand with the ADG team and clients. For the last five years, Nancy has been a member of the United States Military. In her free time, you can find Nancy running, drinking coffee, or tending to her four dogs River, Ryder, Reece, and Raider.




Johnny Olvera is currently a student at South Plains College as an Architectural Drafting and Design major. Previously, he was a Barista and Shift Manager at Starbucks for 3 years. Johnny has also started his own brand on Twitch as a streamer for video games and creative channels, teaching art and Photoshop online. Usually, he's the guy behind the camera and enjoys freelance photography as a side gig along with his other hobbies, which include: painting, videogames and playing any instrument he can get his hands on.  




Danielle Wilder is completing her Master's in Architecture at Texas A&M while pursuing her certificate in Healthcare Design. A Dallas native, Danielle married her Katy-born husband, Carson, and they are currently located in College Station with their two pups, DB and Truly. She is a member of the Student Health Environment Association at A&M and has a passion for Senior Living design and homeless rehabilitation. When she isn't at OrangeTheory or playing disc golf with her husband, she's most likely reheating her coffee for the third time this morning.

Victoria Lewelling - Design Intern



Victoria Lewelling is currently a student at Texas Tech University, working towards a Masters in Architecture with a Certificate in Urban Planning. Already having her B.S. in Architecture from Texas Tech, Victoria has a passion for seeking environmental conciseness through building performance and construction techniques, and plans to become NCARB certified within the next two years. Victoria ready to expand her design-based knowledge to real-life practice while working for ADG. In her free time, you can find Victoria painting, obsessing over coffee, or building furniture for her two cats: Wallie & Robin. 

 Nathan Neal



Nathan Neal is a design intern here at ADG working towards a degree in Environmental Design at Texas A&M University. While not at work you can find Nathan very involved in Men of God Christian Fraternity, an organization that he has been apart of for the past 2 years. He is passionate about his faith, spending time in community, and learning apologetics. He is also currently saving up for a ring for his girlfriend. (Exciting right!!?)
